The main living area comprises living and dining areas in a large room the runs the width of the house. Double doors open onto an uncovered terrace which runs down into a small cherry orchard with 5 Cherry trees, planted in the 70s, that bear beautiful cherries and provide relieving shade on hot summers days.<br />

The level up from the main living area houses 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet in recently completed areas under the roof.<br />

At ground level there are a cellar, a "summer kitchen" and a utility area which houses the oil burner for hot water and central heating.<br />
