The house is a traditional Bourgogne village backing on to farmland on three sides with a medieval chateau a few hundred meters away that has been recently renovated. The renovation has Focussed on creating a light and colourful interior for the house with its limited windows and doors.
With Internet, local tv channels, mod cons except a dishwasher and a big garden you will be able to enjoy your rest.
The house on a 1300 m2 property is on the edge of Le Gros Chigy near Cluny in Burgundy, it's the quiet and rural surroundings that you will remember. The house looks over Charolaise pastures to the hill above Cluny in the far distance and over a few houses some 500m away to the medieval Chateau of Le Gros Chigy some 500 m away.
The house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is available for € 620 a week.

Description of The House
The main living area comprises living and dining areas in a large room the runs the width of the house. Double doors open onto an uncovered terrace which runs down into a small cherry orchard with 5 Cherry trees, planted in the 70s, that bear beautiful cherries and provide relieving shade on hot summers days.
The level up from the main living area houses 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet in recently completed areas under the roof.

The level down from the living area houses a bedroom, bathroom and toilet while further down is the kitchen and main bedroom both of which are well above ground level. At ground level there are a cellar, a "summer kitchen" and a utility area which houses the oil burner for hot water and central heating.

- Garden - two garden tables, 12 garden chairs and 2 deck chairs
Where Is The House?
The house is on one of the seven nameless roads of Chigy. It turnsT into a track at the upper corner of the property and is closed some 400m further. The house is situated at 46.500964°N 4.556709°E and in the heart of Burgundy.
