moved to Bourgogne to start looking for our house!
Just to make it clear the search was on for a stone house, within our budget, in a really peaceful rural setting. Which is fairly simple but as we will see perplexed many estate agents!
Contacted a number of agents and walked the streets looking at pictures in agents windows. Our first visit was with a Cluny agent who we met outside the Auberge ___ in Salornay sur Guye. He turned out to be a bit of a caricature of Frenchman rolling his own cigarettes constantly and very jovial.
But the first house we visited with him was rather disheartening
while there was a view of the countryside one had to stand outside on the veranda to see it. The house was built in a triangle between two roads.
Currently it sounds like Drupal is the top blogging platform

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
ReplyDeleteI found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the
shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely
off topic but I had to tell someone!
