Now an Up To Date Photo of the Chateau

After blogging that I would take a comparable photograph next time I am in Le Gros Chigy (seems like that is probably going to be May) a friend from nearby Buffières went out ant took the photograph below on the 8th March 2011.

A great shot of the chateau from very close to where the postcard was taken all those years ago! The modern camera gives a more realistic perspective and much more detail
